My Story
Julia is a fully qualified Osteopath and is one of our Senior Osteopaths at Valued Health Osteopathy in Bentleigh East. Dr Julia Redfern (Osteopath) graduated from Victoria University in 2010 after completing her Bachelor of Science (Clinical Science) and Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy).
Working as an Osteopath with babies and children is Julia’s passion. She has completed extensive postgraduate study in order to provide Osteopathic care to children and infants. Her additional post graduate study includes Osteopathic Obstetric care, Paediatric considerations and pre & post natal pilates.
Over her career, Julia also enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions across all ages. Having a holistic approach, consultations may include advice on exercise as well as work or home ergonomics to facilitate overall health, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
When not working, Julia enjoys spending time with her kids, date nights with her hubby, travelling and keeping fit and strong at the gym.
