Initial Consultation

Your first appointment is all about understanding you and how we can best help you achieve your goals. We’ll discuss your health history, current eating patterns, lifestyle, preferences, and the goals you’d like to achieve. This allows us to understand not just what you eat, but why and how- so your plan is realistic and personalised.

Following the appointment, you’ll receive a tailored nutrition plan designed around your goals, daily routine and food preferences. This may include practical strategies, meal structure guidance, habit-building tools, and any relevant resources to support you moving forward.

Initial consultations are up to 1 hour in duration.

Review Consultation

Follow-up appointments help track progress, adjust your plan as needed, and provide ongoing support and accountability. These sessions, when required, help keep you motivated and moving toward your goals.

Review consultations are up to 30 minutes in duration
