Osteopathy

Osteopathy involves the use of manual therapy, in conjunction with exercise and lifestyle advice. We often treat various musculoskeletal presentations including back pain, neck pain, headaches and jaw pain.

Women's Pelvic Health

Osteopathy can also assess and manage various presentations within Women's health; including pregnancy, birth preparation and post partum support, urinary incontinence, prolapse and pelvic pain presentations.

Exercise Rehabilitation

Whether you are a weekend warrior, training for your first event or an elite athlete we can provide rehabilitation advice for you. We also have Osteopath's who are trained in providing support in returning to competitive sport.

Children and Infants

Children and Infants can present with a wide variety of presentations during their growth into adulthood. These could include sporting injuries, joint pains, movement asymmetries and feeding challenges in babies.

Nutrition and Dietetics

Nutrition is an important aspect of wellbeing. Valued Health Osteopathy is proud to have an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Laura Goodridge.
